12月28日，学校本科教学工作督导委员会工作会议在北京路校区行政楼7楼连廊会议室召开。会议由教学质量监控与评估办公室主任冯广卫主持。本科教学工作督导委员会委员、教学质量监控与评估办公室副主任左临轩及相关工作人员参会。

    冯广卫组织学习习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述及全国全省教育大会精神。认真学习了校党委书记林昌虎书记所作的“全国全省教育大会精神宣讲报告会”内容。

    冯广卫通报了本年度职称晋升教育教学质量考核评价、本科教学督导、本科毕业论文（设计）管理工作检查、2018-2019学年第一学期教学中期检查情况及2018年度教学事故的处理情况，并就我校2018-2019学年第一学期期末考试巡考工作作了具体安排，仔细讲解了考试时间、地点、考场、巡考人员安排及相关注意事项。

    冯广卫还就学校留学生教学质量监控评估工作做了安排部署，要求将留学生教学纳入本科教学质量监控评估范畴。
